How We Take Payment
Most of our work is quoted individually, so we do not ask you to pay before you know the price. Here is how it works in practice:
- You get a quote first. For installations we survey the property; for repairs we diagnose the fault. Either way you see the price before committing.
- Once you approve it, we email a secure payment link. You pay by debit or credit card through Stripe. No account to create, no card details stored by us.
- The emergency call-out fee can be paid online when you book, or to the engineer on the day — whichever you prefer.
- Bank transfer is available if you would rather not pay by card.
